As a Mind & Essence Coach/Mentor, I am on this incredible journey to spiritual wellness and really tapping into my spiritual self--a place of true power, my authentic self, and a higher way of being, doing and thinking.
I empower women to heal past traumas and old stories so they can truly redefine themselves and connect to their sense of peace and purpose.
The first lesson within the series is "Discover Your Superpower". During this lesson we will take a deeper dive into your conscious mind or "thinking mind" vs your subconscious mind or "emotional mind".
Your mind has two levels--the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. What you think creates how you feel and how you feel creates an energy in your body that determines how you act or what actions you take or don't take.
The conscious mind has the ability to accept or reject thoughts or ideas. Where as the subconscious mind does not have the ability to reject or determine whether a thought or idea is true or untrue. It believes whatever you tell it to be true--good or bad--positive or negative. This is why it is so important to feed our subconscious mind with good and positive thoughts and ideas.
What you think grows--good or bad, positive or negative. The seeds or thoughts that you choose to plant or impress upon your subconscious mind and continuously water and feed, grow. Change your thoughts and you will change your destiny and reality.

I realized that I had a lot of inner work to do so that I could get to a place of acceptance of where I am and who I am. A place where I could truly release and let go of what I thought my life was “supposed” to look like. A place where I could let go of all the things that no longer serve me and support my higher good.
This magically place of true acceptance and peace.
And once I was in that place, I was able to really propel forward in my life and start to experience more peace, acceptance, passion, and purpose.
This is my inspiration and why I created “Navigating a New You”.
